WPA exclusively represents two of the greatest television shows of the 1960s, Hullabaloo and Music Scene. Inventive and groundbreaking, these shows ushered in a new genre of television: the music variety format. Every star of the time appeared on these shows, including The Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin, Simon and Garfunkel, Sly and the Family Stone, the Byrds, and hundreds more, along with celebrity hosts like Jerry Lewis, Paul Anka and Sammy Davis, Jr.

Willie Nelson's country music television shows are available through WPA, including the Porter Wagoner Show, The Dolly Show and Pop Goes the Country, and featuring stars like Tammy Wynette, Johnny Cash, Emmylou Harris, Loretta Lynn and many more.

Liberace's television shows from the 1950s are also available through WPA.

A recent addition to WPA's music footage archive is the pioneering SOUL! series. Produced in the early 1970s, Soul! is about music and performance art, as much as it is about controversy and ethnic identity. African American icons like Muhammad Ali, Stevie Wonder, Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight, Sidney Poitier and many more appeared on this show with riveting performances and candid interviews.
