Sussex Little boy in riding helmet carrying big tub of oats. He sets it down in front of his pet horse (actually it's a pony) who starts eating. He gives pony a couple energetic pats on the neck. Cu boy pets pony while pony eats. Woman and girl saddle the pony . Child with the cap turns it around in his hands then puts it on sideways. Cu side view of pony's head. Woman lifts kid up. Woman adjusts bridle. This tiny child is way too little to reach the stirrups no matter how much they are shortened. Boy's foot sits on top of the stirrup. She pats pony. Boy smiling atop pony. He calls to mom. He opens mouth wide and lifts reins. Shot of pony walking along through tall grass with the kid sitting well in the saddle. He's having tons of fun - big smile; etc. Pony stops; kid falls forward on pony's neck but keeps his seat. Then he can't get the animal to move again. He hollers and slaps the pony a bit.
