| Description: | 77 die, hundreds are stricken after eating poisoned bread in the Colombian city of Chiquinquira. Most of the dead are children below 17. A local bakery made the bread, not knowing the flour has been contaminated by pesticide which leaked in shipment. Footage begins by showing crowds of people lined outside a medical clinic holding young children in their arms. The children are then seen receiving medical treatments via tubes down their throats, and lying motionless on metal framed beds in a hospital ward. Street marquee sign of the bakery that sold the poisoned bread, and bags of tainted flour being inspected by officials in a stockroom. | |
