The worst Navigational hazard in the Pacific Coast off of Canada. Camera panning - Hundreds of canisters packed with tons of high explosives. MS - A cable winding and pulling the explosives on a little underground train with an expert high explosive technician going along for the ride in the dark tunnels under the sea. MS - One of the workmen packing the tunnels with the high explosive canisters. CUS - The high explosive detonation box. The technician presses the buttons on the box, and a huge explosion takes place in the water and 370 tons of stone goes up in the air clearing out the channel, and the hazard exists no more for the ships that have to travel through that channel they are safe. | |
