United Kingdom MLS Edith Mezey, in dark sweater and shorts over white tights, exercising in parlor in front of chair and lamp. She swings her arms around backward and forward while doing knee bends. The knee bends get deeper until she's brushing her hands on the floor as she swings them. MS back view hips down: Edith standing on tip-toe with feet together pointing forward. She's wearing pumps with heels, not very practical or safe. She very slowly bends her knees and lowers herself until she's almost sitting on her heels. Then she slowly rises again, still on tip-toe. MLS Edith stands on one leg while raising the other forward with bent knee; from there she moves the raised leg out to the side and then extends it while spreading her arms. She balances in this arabesque, then leans farther forward and lifts her leg higher, so that her foot is about at the height of her head. MS side view Edith stands with legs straight, bending over and touching floor; keeping hands on floor she bends her knees and squats, her knees between her arms. She does this exercise a few times, smiling at the camera. Then, with hands and one knee on floor, she raises her other leg up and down while doing push-ups with her arms. Edith on knees, with arms folded, facing camera. She moves her hips to one side and onto floor, then back up on her knees, then swings hips to sit on other side. She continues this while keeping her arms raised and crossed. Edith sits on floor with legs spread wide. She bends down over one leg, then the other, then stretches down in the center, touching her head to the carpet. She turns sideways, grasps calf of rt. leg and lifts it up even with her head. Repeats with left leg. Then turns to face camera, repeats exercise. | |
