Price goes out and has a look at horse's hoof while the girl holds him. MLS Price enters smithy, girl follows leading horse. MS Price at furnace; he takes a glowing bar over to anvil. MS Price and assistant alternate blows with mallets on the white hot metal. Price then continues working on it alone. CU punching holes for nails in the metal. MCU he bends it into horseshoe. MS Price holds up horse shoe with tongs. MCU Price bashes on a thin stick of metal for a while then it's become so hot that he lights a cigarette from it. MS Price holds 2 triangle-shaped metal things together, a man stands on either side. LS He holds them together while 4 men on either side pull on chains trying to pull them apart.
