| Description: | ACTOR DOG Radar the acting dog gives a memorable performance as 'Rescuer of Mugged Man'. Hyde Park, London. M/S of a man wearing a stocking on his head wrestling a man with a suitcase to the ground; he turns the victim onto his front at gunpoint, ties his hands behind his back and puts a scarf over his mouth. Suddenly, an Alsatian dog springs out from behind a tree, runs to the men and locks his mouth onto the evil man's arm (natural sound of the dog snarling). The robber flings his gun away while trying to fend off the dog; the dog apparently leaves him for dead on the ground, then unties the victim's hands as commentator tells us the dog is called Radar and is an 'actor' from Brazil. Radar finds the gun amongst some leaves and brings it to the victim, who points it at the recovering bandit and marches him off at gunpoint. Hooray! | |
