The driver as he is passing waves to the female driver of the Volkswagon when the car gets in front of the Volkswagon he puts up a sign in his back window saying I Like You. MS Man parking his Volkswagon he gets out and takes his own parking meter from the back seat of car and sets it up beside his car. CU Man putting coin in his own parking meter. Shot through windscreen of car as is comes up to cross roads controlled by policeman. The policeman is sitting back in the middle of the road in a swivel armchair. Shot taken from armchair as the policeman swings himself round and round in circles.
