Panning shot of a vast crowd surrounding the Cenotaph, all at once all the men put their hats back on, marking the end of a two minute silence. "The FLOWERS of REMEMBRANCE. Hour after hour an unceasing pilgrimage of bereaved Mothers, wives, daughters, sweetharts [sic] lay floral offerings on the Cenotaph". L/S of a large queue, mostly of women holding flowers, stretching into Trafalgar Square. M/S of an enormous heap of flowers, almost covering the Cenotaph, more bouquets are being added.
