The camera follows Betsy to her studio, for a glimpse of genius at work. Chimp wearing human clothes sits next to her paintings. This is one of those stories satirizing abstract art. A human being helps her out by putting globs of paint onto a canvas and then Betsy goes to it, fingerpainting. At one point she rubs the paint on her head. Funny.
