| Description: | NO 27 SQDN. GET ELEPHANT MASCOT Royal Air Force's Number 27 Squadron have, since WWI, been known as "The Flying Elephants" - a description of the aircraft they flew in that war. Now they have acquired an actual baby elephant, an 8-month-old called "Gosta". Here they give him a welcome ceremony. Scampton Air Force Base, Lincolnshire. M/S parade at Scampton Air Force Base.
