He appears next to one of the male artists and fiddles with the man's paints while the commentator tells us his father is on National Service in Germany, so these amateur artists act as baby-sitters. Raymond toddles about the group, looking at their pictures; one of the artists attracts the others' attention and we then see Raymond sitting on the floor with a drawing board and paper before him.
