| Description: | BAL TABARIN Nice footage of a Paris nightclub - a very cosmopolitan clientele. MS couples dancing on crowded floor at Bal Tabarin nightclub in Paris, can see part of small stage in BG. MS some of the dancers seen from waist down. Pan on mirrored proscenium arch, w/reflection of drums & saxophone. Back to shot of dancers. Wide shot of room: girls dance in middle of dance floor cleared for the floor show. Nice MS of waiter bringing champagne in ice bucket to patrons at table; girls wearing fez hats hanging out at bar in BG, other waiters hurry past. Back to the floor show. MS 2 trumpet players. Shot from balcony of the 6 dancers. Closer tilt down shot: another group of dancers run out from behind the curtain. These girls wear big skirts w/lots of ruffles and bloomers and do a sort of can-can type dance. MS girls each hopping on one leg while kicking the other one. They end the dance by all running up to a row of chairs on the stage and sitting w/legs crossed high. Back to shots of people dancing incl 2 women dancing together. MS trombone & trumpets. MLS some of crowd sitting or standing or milling around. MS group of jovial partiers: 2 women sit up on something high, holding up drinks, several men crowd together at rt.
