| Description: | 14:00:31:- nice tight LS's of a well-cared after red barn on a sunny spring day; budding trees line the property; nice green grass with dandelions. Some shots feature two large silos beside the bright barn. Pans & zooms and tilts. Cut to low angle MS's a side of the barn, then the silos. Cut to tight LS's of the opposite side of barn. Cut to good CU's and MS's of a lonely window on one side of the barn, the windows cracked or just plain missing. 14:08:15:- CU of a street sign that reads, "Slow: Let Them Live". Graphics of a little boy riding a bicycle getting hit by a car (sad to say but it's a damn funny sign, judging by the illustration). 14:08:49:- tight LS, 3/4 view, of a faded red barn with hay silo. The paint is worn and chipped but the property seems well-maintained. Cut to tight LS of same but from opposite angle; good zoom out from dome atop the silo, resume former shot, eventually zoom out wider to see great cloud formation in an otherwise blue sky. 14:15:17:- tLS unpainted wood barn, light grey & structurally weak; cut to MS's of the building and windows, pan left. 14:18:03:- tight LS of a dilapidated barn barely standing on a small farm; a small red shed is a few yards away. Cut to tighter LS, pan right and left of entire grounds: red shed, old barn, rusted Chevy pickup truck, dry earth, silo, miscellaneous debris accumulated and left to the elements (store signs, picnic tables, etc) Cut to MS of same, pan right from far left (rusted bridges and other industrial structures in BG) to far right (red shed and barren trees). 14:21:22:- tLS old wooden barn; roof is golf-course-green, while body is weather-tanned brown-grey; all sorts of holes and chips in barn; pan left to shots of small yet equally broken down sheds. 14:23:22:- tLS large barn still in operation on a farm; paint is severely flecked off, leaving a red and white splatter motif. | |
