Eventually she asks for custard powder, milk and dried egg, the male assistant says "No" curtly to all requests. He continues to talk to the other assistant until the woman asks for salad cream, the assistant says "No" again. She then requests some sardines and asks how many points she has. The assistant says "What, after seven years, you don't know your points, Madam?". M/S exterior of Bentall's store Kingston, there is a sign underneath which reads Believe in England.
