| Description: | A new, slick prefabricated wall is to replace the old Berlin Wall, and construction has already started. The new wall will be higher, more modern, and impossible to climb. The new barrier is a renewal of the cold war, following collapse of scheduled East-West German debates and discussions. Establishing shot - East Berlin's historical Reichstag.
