London "A tale of behind the scenes of the Bull ring, of the blood of a Bull-fighter and the shifting sands of a wayward woman's passion." The scene onstage: group of actors in Spanish costumes outside entrance. 2 men enter, lift their hats high while facing front. "The great emotional love scene where El Gallardo (Mr Matheson Lang), forgetting his wife and children, succumbs to the temptation of Dona Sol (Miss Lillah McCarthy)" Love scene with El Gallardo (Matheson Lang) and the temptress Dona Sol (Lilla McCarthy). Later scene ("when fickle fortune deserts him and Dona Sol and others have mocked his injuries in the ring...) El Gallardo returns for revenge. Dona Sol kneels at his feet, he pushes her down, then pulls out a pistol and shoots at a mounted bull's head on the wall! In final scene, WS El G. injured, sitting w/ leg up, in chapel at Bull Ring.
