Natural sound of crowd. Washington DC, United States of America. Crowd of men many carrying flags surge forward and sit on the steps of the Capitol building. Tilt down the Capitol building to show the large crowd of protesters gathered outside. Members of the bonus army walk in single file, nice CU of their feet. The crowd disperse.
