L/S of a miniature racing car being wheeled out of a garage. It is the "baby of all midget cars" and is called: "Icanopit" apparently. Model car being pushed towards camera man begins to prepare car for rally. The man who wheeled it out of the garage is seen making repairs to the car. L/S of a young boy approaching the camera - 11 year old Bobby Rayner - followed by a couple of girl fans. MS Small boy walking towards camera with helmet under arm walks up to car and places helmet on bonnet kneels down and looks at car engine. CU Man and boy looking at motor engine man picks up plug and shows it to boy. Boy picks up helmet and places it on his head. MS Boy standing beside small car small boy gets into car. CU Boy sitting in car with man attending to car. CU Boy's face and placing goggles over his eyes. MS Car starting up turns towards camera and drives away. MS Four children waving car past car passes camera. (2 shots). MS Car comes downhill and turns round corner past camera. MS Woman runs to wall and looks as car goes by.
