People in row boats hurl things at one another and fight on shore in a mock battle and landing party. Various shots of people in fancy dress on board a number of rowing boats just of the seashore. The pirates through a variety of objects at each other and appear to be waving and shouting abuse. One man is even thrown overboard! L/S of the the boats attacking a larger boat with a sail. L/S's of captured pirates being led ashore by policeman with a funny comedy walk! Despite being chained together rival pirates still attempt to fight each other on the beach.
