L/S as the parade rides down the street, the presidential car drives past and Coolidge waves to the crowds at the side. 'An inspiring panorama unfolds before the Capitol as throngs gather to voice a nation's tribute to the next President.' M/S of the dome of the White House, people stand below on the balcony and on the ground in front. The camera pans across the huge crowds of people stood outside. M/S as we get a view of the crowds from the balcony. 'Arriving at the Capitol.' M/S as the car draws up outside, mounted guards salute as they get out and greet officials. L/S as they walk up the steps of the Capitol building. 'On the steps of the Capitol, where 28 Presidents - all but Washington and Adams - have been inaugurated.'
