Guy in serious uniform w/ fringed epaulets; lots of decorations; helmet w/ black plumes-royalty of some sort? With him older woman carrying bouquet.. Some more guards; then crowd of civilaians; dressed for some event; come outl. People talking in yard. 01.37.37.05 all the crowd; uniformed guys - including others in pretty fancy outfits; - some white plumes as well! - and people w/ ceremonial accouterments like giant scepter; big medallion; as well as plenty in daytime upper-class fancy dress. coming down steps. Also same couple described above. 01/38.12.10 Next; these people under canopy; on platform. Next the whole lot w/ same couple in lead ; they are greeted by civilian man who stands talking to them.; many others in BG w/ umbrellas.Pan on group; Back to scene of platform; various people stand & speak. A man presents the lady w/ a framed document. Another man poses holding it (illegible; though) . 01.41.41.05 They are now all in some courtyard? stone building in BG; w/ statue. Plumed guys getting out of car. Line of some guards in center of yard; w/ civilian spectators on left. Men in robes; w/ scepter etc. arrive. A bunch of these types walking toward camera; shaking hands. Same meeting lady. More arrive; also shake hands w/ her. Then shot of her arrival (out of order) w/ others - incl. weird lady.(All weird really.) | |
