Now if it is going to be profitable, then money will be easily found privately, but it is possible that it would be found practicable, if it is wanted; but if it is going to cost too much money, then the Parliamentary Committee will come in there because we would have to get both French and British Governments to do some subsidising." BS: "Will the controlling interest remain in the hands of the British and the French?" Mr Teeling: "Definitely yes - and the British Parliamentary group and the French Parliamentary group will probably see to that - in case there is any question of outside money, but of course, there will also be a possibility because of a certain amount of American money coming in."
