LS Chief Scout in Land Rover driving past boys lined at side of road. Chief Scout is standing up in back of truck and is pursued by troop of scouts in rear of truck. As he passes camera he raises hand in scout salute. MLS Boys running away from camera following truck. MS Boy scout waiting for inspection. MS Chief Scout inspecting He stops at scout in line and speaks to him. MLS Chief scout looking at other scouts in line. He stops at one of the scouts. Looks at something on scout's shoulder. MS Crowd of onlookers. MS Chief Scout handing certificate to young scout. He gives scout salute and walks away onto next scout in line. MS Chief Scout shaking hands with another scout in line. He raises his hand in scout salute. MS Crowd looking on. MS Chief Scout shaking hands with another boy scout. He takes another certificate from assistant and hands it to boy scout.
