Various shots of Bainbridge and his assistants at work on sections of a huge mural made mosaic-style from bits of coloured glass; the mural shows Sir Winston Churchill in his Garter robes surrounded by wartime battles. When finished, the mural was to form part of a redevelopment scheme at Dudley in Worcestershire. Bainbridge works on two Churchill faces for the mural. Other parts of the mural show Big Ben; St Paul's Cathedral in flames during the Blitz.
