When the front door is shut it makes electrical contact with telephone and mirrors reflecting "invisible ray". C/U of door being locked. We see a shady looking man getting out of a car. C/U of sleeping boy. M/S of man climbing through open bedroom window. The alarm is activated and police are called. M/S of police officer answering phone and making note of address from recorded message on signaphone. M/S of man carrying boy out of window. Two policemen in patrol car drive to boy's address. They arrive just as man is placing boy in back of his car. One of the policemen leaps out and puts a gun to man's back, making him return the child - hurrah! Great depiction of an early home security system | |
