Paul Poiret w/ the women, who now all wear winter coats (this looks really incongruous w/ the background). According to title, Poiret is talking about hair; he takes hat off one of the white women. MS same: Poiret and women; from the gestures he is making, Poiret seems to be talking about an African womanÆs hairdo, then about how it could be adapted by a white woman. MS Poiret pointing out features of a stylish cloche-type hat worn by one of the African ladies; he then shakes hands w/ her while others stand there frowning.
