MS of cottage showing Miss. Romney walking across in front followed by a poodle. Closer shot of doorways of house Miss. Romney walks into picture and she reaches a large tin can on top of which are placed some plans. She picks up plans and unfolds them in front of her. CU of Miss. Romney looking at cottage. CU of plans. Miss. Romney sketches in something and pulls away the plans to show a painting of the cottage. CU of poodle sitting up and begging. MS Miss. Romney sitting in front of cottage with poodle And she gets up replaces the plans on top of can and walks from e. to L out of picture. CU of road sign which reads Portobello Road CU of Miss Romney and Zachary Scott standing at a stall. Head and shoulders CU of couple. Miss. Romney bends down and picks a glass off the stall CU of the goods on the stall. Miss. Romney replaces the glass and picks up a kind of pot. CU of Zachary Scott looking at the pot. CU of stall holder speaking to the couple. MS of couple Miss. R. replaces pot on stall. She is snow carrying a large plate. Zachary Scott says goodbye affectionately to Miss. Romney and she walks off down road. MS showing interior of cottage is very bad condition. A workman is kneeling in center of room. Miss. R. walks into center of room carrying some rolled up wall paper. She stops to speak to workman. She finishes speaking and walks out of picture. MS of another room. Miss. R. immediately walks in from doorway and begins to tear down wall paper she bends down and picks up small pictures which she places against wall. CU of Miss. R. holding picture against wall. She takes them down and begins to tear down wall paper again. CU of Miss. R. hands tearing down wall paper. CU of Miss. R. CU of corner of room showing some brick work. Miss. R. enters picture carrying crowbar and she begins to tear down some of the brickwork. CU of the dog looking. MS showing Miss. R. walking through door carrying wallpaper Dog is standing on staircase on right of picture. Miss R. stands down beside dog and unfolds some of wallpaper which she places against wall. CU of Miss. R. hanging wallpaper she folds that particular piece up and unfolds another piece. CU of dog looking on. MS of cottage Miss. R. walks out of door (at back of House) carrying a flower basket She walks over to wheel barrow containing some plants. CU Miss. R. tending some plants she picks up basket and walks away followed by white poodle. LS Miss. R. walking in her garden She walks towards camera stopping at tree She walks on and she stops at another tree. MS of Miss. R. at tree she looks around and admires the place. MS Showing corner of house outside of which are a lot of deckchairs etc. MS of the house showing Miss. R. walking along in front she enters the front door. MS in sitting room of house. Miss. R. enters and walk through. MS in dining room. Miss. R. enters from left and walks across to table arriving she picks up plate which she bought at Portobello Road. CU of Miss. R. cleaning plate she puts plate down and walks out of picture. MS Miss. R. kitchen she walks in from R. she picks up jug she fills it up at tap and she walks out of picture again. MS showing the staircase on which are seated two white poodles. In front is the flower arrangement. Miss. R. enters from the right and begins to water paint and flowers she walks away from plant and up the stairs. The dogs follow her. MS Miss. R. bedroom she enters from L and takes budgerigar out of its cage she picks up flower from dressing table and places it on one of the lamps shades She also begins to put the budgie on to shade. CU of lamp shades showing Miss. R. hands placing budgie on it. Budgie flies off to sit on mirror of dressing table.. MS of cottage showing it completely. | |
