| Description: | It's that time of year again, County Fair Season. This segment begins with a view of a muddy parking lot. Cars and trailers can be seen. Puddles of rain water fill the pothole marked dirt road. View of people walking to the fair entrance. An African-American boy bends down as if looking into the camera. He stands behind a large murky puddle. View of muddy parking lot and parked cars. View of people gathered inside the fairgrounds. There is diversity in race, gender and age. Good shots of bell-bottom pants and afro hair styles, your typical 1970's fashion. View of people walking around inside the fairgrounds. People walk down a central path that is lined by booths. In the foreground, an elderly woman (grandma) walks and converses with a young woman who is pushing a toddler in a stroller. The elderly woman wears a flowered dress, sunglasses and a large sun hat that ties underneath her chin. Two teenage girls with long hair cut in front of the camera and start walking in the opposite direction. Reporter interviews an elderly gentleman who is wearing a short sleeve shirt and yellow tie. The man works at the fair and talks about admittance numbers. Interview with a woman who fits the fair environment. The woman wears a sleeveless shirt, dangling earrings and round eyeglasses.
