| Description: | Crowds; England. Title: "1250 men used to test stability of new Stadium." This is Wembley Stadium; built in 1923. Wide shot; a lot of men file into a section of the stands; each row filling up simaltaneously. The guys look like fairly typical football fans. When they get the section filled they all stand waiting for a cue; then all sit down at once. Closer shot (from just below looking up at an angle) of the crowd of men all standing at once. Switches back & forth between these 2 angles as the men stand swaying back & forth; then all stamp their feet. While doing this they all start cheering; some waving; etc. All this synchronized action is to put the maximum stress on the structure to make sure it will hold up during a real match. | |
