MCU a couple babies/toddlers (under age 2 for sure) at front of line - rather serious little boy in swimming trunks w/ suspenders, and a kid on next step wearing a silly looking cape with a big collar over her bathing suit, also a bathing cap w/ stripe down the center. She looks like a cross between a Royal Personnage and a Super Hero, but despite this she looks completely miserable, starts to bawl, opens her mouth and screams.
