| Description: | CUT MOTOR TAXES Motor Tax Cut Campaign. RAC begins campaign for cuts in motor taxation. RAC girls hand out stickers reading 'Cut Motor Tax' to motorists. London Opens with traffic on London street. Pan over to sticker in window of parked car: "Cut Motor Taxes". Teen girls in uniform suits and carrying these bumper stickers; coming out of RAC (Royal Automobile Club) building; a couple girls approach pedestrians with the stickers which they hand to people and motorists. Gang of girls earnestly head into street. Car sitting at stoplight; girls come up and give driver a sticker. Another girl handing sticker to another driver. A girl gives a sticker to Lord Chesham, executive vice-chairman of the RAC, who happens to be sitting in a car outside the building. Lord Chesham licks the sticker and places it on windscreen. Then view from outside windshield of driver smoothing out sticker. CU of the sticker reading 'Cut Motor Tax'.
