The tape which stretches across the track in front of their front wheels goes flying up and race begins. Camera pans for the first turn down the back straight to the second turn and pans with the leading rider past the starting line for the first lap. CU Man and woman supporters cheering. MS Riders taking bend one rider falls over - -but try, try again - -he gets up and picks up bike, straightens handlebars, mounts bike and chases after other riders. CU Supporters sitting on grass waving. One cyclist crowds another into the side causing him to tip over; 2 more riders run into him. MCU Team mates in their matching vests cheering.
