| Description: | Various C/Us of playing card and coin trick. Various shots of illusion with coiled belt, the trick is to find middle of it with a pen. Scenarios about con artists and criminals performed by actors: C/U of a Flash Harry type (street con man). He delivers his patter to a small audience. On a table in front of him is a bottle of perfume and other knick knacks. He persuades a man in the audience to place a pound note on the table to prove how the trustworthy he is. At the end of the patter the con artist offers all the stuff on the table to the gullible man in the audience. As he was a good sport, he lets the man have the lot for the bargain price of 10 bob, including the £1 note! M/S of boy buying bun from a baker. Boy asks the baker to stuff the bun down the back of his shirt so the other boys won't see it and try to steal it. The baker does this. After the boy leaves, a woman comes into the bakery. She tells the baker he has been diddled - the boys has stolen his watch. The baker rushes out of the shop. While he is out, the woman steals money from the cash till! (scam, pickpocket) | |
