| Description: | Demonstration of a tool for cutting underwater; possibly some new invention. MS man sitting on a dock made of logs; holding some piece of machinery. Diver wearing old-fashioned heavy diving suit with round helmet; in the water next to the dock; a few pairs of feet seen on dock. One of the guys on dock hand a thin board (not apparent what material it is made of; maybe some metal) down to diver. Then they hand the machine or tool; which is attached to 4 tubes. MS diver in water; holds tool up to a blow-torch held down by one of the men above. Diver goes underwater. Diver holding up the "board"; neatly severed in two pieces.
