LS tilt down: man crawls on hands and knees down steel girder which is placed at an angle between building and tall pole. Tilt up shot from ground showing the building and the smokestack with girders zig zagging between the two at; the man is crawling on what appears from this angle to be the top one. Back to the closer shot of the man holding onto the beam with his feet hanging down at side. LS looking across at the man now climbing up onto top of smokestack; then pan down smokestack a long way; can then see roof below and street much lower yet, w/ ant-like pedestrians.
