L/S's of Freemasons in traditional costume. One member who walks at the front of the procession is holding a sword. Nice L/S of crowds lining the sea front as the new lifeboat is pulled along the coastal path. The boat is pulled along by horses. M/S of large man with moustache making speech (possibly a Freemason making presentation to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution). L/S of the boat being launched down thaw ramp into the sea.
