Duke getting into car. Duke giving out prizes at outdoor event. Meets representatives from the youth groups. CU some other bigwig; tall thin white man in top hat (Governor?) talks to man in fez & man in turban. Reception at Governor's mansion. (Jumps around from scene to scene.)
