As he walks, he shakes hands with some people. Men, and some very young boys, working on shifting a huge pit mound to make room for playing fields and gardens. Duke talks to the workers for a while and continues his walk. Duke lays foundation stone for the new retaining wall which is to be built at the base of the mound. | |
