Filmed at National Institute of Industrial Psychology, London C/U's and M/S's of a woman pushing numerous pegs into a wooden board. This revealed to be training for a switchboard operator. M/S's of woman demonstrating that she can use a switchboard. C/U of man poking dots with a pencil on a revolving wheel, looks as though it is a test for a steady hand. C/U of someone operating a machine with a long arm and drawing implement attached. The user then attempts to draw a circle. Various shots of other tests in progress.
