GV desert area with cliffs in BG, below them some small structures though I don't know whether they are tombs or houses; ccan see one person walking in desert and in bottom left a glimpse of man on horse. Temple of Deir el Bahari (XVIII Dyn), the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, at the foot of steep cliff of the Peak of the Thebes. Some shots from a bit closer of temple and cliff. LSs dwellings or tombs built at various levels in the face of cliffs; a few people walking near them. Closer shots of fragments of ruins. LS man walks to left in front of a cliff-house with barred gate in doorway, where a small donkey or goat stands in a shady corner in small courtyard. Nicely-framed shot showing the various ruins in area of Temple of Luxor (also mainly XVIII dynasty), showing in FG some large columns from the Collonade & some smaller columns in the Court of Amenhotep II, and in BG the Mosque of Abu'l Haggag, behind that the Court of Ramesses II. | |
