Next, women doing calesthenics in gym- -first a weird one in which they rock back & forth from a sitting position to up on their shoulders w/ their feet touching floor behind their heads. Then girls' push-ups (w/ knees on floor instead of toes). Then the class are all propped up on their shoulders & necks, w/ hands supporting thir backs & legs up in the air, "bicycling" at high speed. Then they lie on their sides and move legs in same way. Next, 2 pairs of roller skaters coming down a residential street while several people watch. The front pair, a girl in a dress & a guy(?) wearing helmet, kneepads, a chest protector and pillow tied to his behind--all this comes in handy because they have a wipeout right in front of camera! They go down laughing, though. Fun, recreation, athletic. | |
