| Description: | EVE FROM THE TYROL Decorated cows at "Almabtried" - autumn festival in Austria & parts of Germany, marking the return of the cows from the high mountain meadows where they graze in the summer. Shot inside circle of big triangular mountain peak. MLS 2 women in Tyrolean costumes pose by a cow which is decorated with a big crown of flowers on its head. The animal gets a bit unruly so they let go and it stamps away through pasture with its tower of flowers; some of the other cows in BG also seem to have unusual headgear. MLS the girls with another cow - this one has a scary looking mask over its face with 3 sticks with feathers sticking up at the top. Bizarre sight of whole herd of these cattle coming up a road all dressed up like Carnival; woman, man, little boy walk along. People playing on a huge see-saw The see-saw balances on a tree trunk which must be 10 ft. tall, so the people on the ends are lifted 20 - 30 ft. up in the air! Another guy sits in the middle; c. 10 people stand on the hillside behind the terrific teeter-totter, some of them waving. | |
