Then he pushes a glass into this ring and presses down on it with a glass cylinder of the same diameter; at one point he presses down on this glass thing which squishes and jiggles the bloody eye around. Very instructive I'm sure but it sort of makes a person cringe. Mostly very CU but at one point they pull out so one can see more of the patient and doctors.
