| Description: | FACTORY FARMING FACTORY FARMING Varrious shots pigs in very small individual pens on factory farm. They hardly have any room to move anyway and on top of that they are chained. (factory farming, livestock, pigs, hogs, cages, pens) CU pan on pigs. CUs pigs. MS looking along row of cages, which is indoors. LS ext. rather large farm house (white with green steeply sloping roof). GV pan L to R to show several large farm buildings where animals are kept. VS showing the rearing of pigs on a factory farm small piglets with mother in pen piglets in pen together. VS of young piglets running around their mother's legs. MSs sow and piglets together in small pen. She is held in a cage so she cannot lay down on them. The mother is actually in a pen within a pen so she can't move too much but the very small piglets are able to run around some. They are very active here. Young pigs (older than those in previous shot) in a pen with concrete walls (maybe 7ft sq?) they are walking about, nosing around in the hay etc. | |
