(Irving Mitchell Felt, president of the Garden, had wanted to charge an outrageous top ticket price of $250. Instead, the unheard-of price of $150 was settled on). Opens with MSs of Frazier manager YANK DURHAM (Yancy Durham) and aides standing at window, looking at gathering of mostly African-American people protesting outside; Yank Durham signs an autograph on a publicity photo of Joe Frazier. MS group of African-American men sporting 70s chic style: tinted glasses, butterfly collars, leather jackets, funky hats, etc. Cam follows Yank Durham as he pokes his head outside to gaze upon protesters. MSs protesters (most African American, some Caucasians) carrying placards and walking around outside of the promoters offices: "Boycott Ali-Frazier Fight" & "Lower Ali-Frazier Ticket Prices" & "Support Leroy Johnson & Jesse Hill to promote the fight in Georgia" & "Give Us Zack Clayton for Referee" & so on.
