ROOSEVELT sitting in a White House den, talking to the camera about the 1933-34 World's Fair in Chicago. Reel ends with FDR pushing a telegraph button, an act that allegedly turned the lights on at the exposition. Note, FDR reads straight from a script. 2) MS of ELEANOR ROOSEVELT sitting in a White House den, also talking about the World's Fair (also using a script). 3) Title card: "Fair Closes Oct 31st- Chicago: 32,000,000 Visitors So Far at the Century of Progress!
