United Kingdom MCU table w/ a pile of white feathers and a few small dishes with dyes of different colors; a woman's hands wearing gloves dips feathers into the dishes. C/U of the hands of another woman who fluffs out the feathers. CU hands (gloveless) cutting feather into petal shape. She pulls off excess feathers then trims each one to shape with small scissors. Fades from one shot to another showing progress of making the feathers into an artificial tulip. C/U of feathers being attached to fake stamens - making feather flowers. Feathers are attached with wire. Through dissolves we see the flower taking shape. Wire is threaded into a fake stem. "It is difficult to distinguish them from actual flowers - they're so real - " M/S of woman holding up a bunch of the feather flowers. C/U of another bunch of flowers - large blooms.
