Then shot looking down at the firemen working; the stairs now empty. Blank; then more at 01.13.06.02. This should actually be first. A few men & women below; walking past bldg.- -probably company owners who are going to watch the drill. Then more people coming down stairs. Firemen arrive and turn on hose.
