Fire trucks with lights flashing parked on either side of downtown street. After a bit it pans up the big building. Shots from hand held cam walking around , we do see some firemen get out and stand by their trucks. Various shots showing trucks parked there, other traffic passing. Another truck comes driving own the st reet, pulls over to the curb and stops. Fireman gets out. He walks over to where 3 others are standing, talks, they all laugh.
